The new Grinding wheel for the “Eisenhut” electric equine dental floats.

With our new highly abrasive special carbide coating you’ll be able to remove sharp points fast and you’ll generate less heat when working on the horses’ teeth.

We developed our new grinding wheel out of dissatisfaction with the wheels formerly available on the market. Now we can offer you our new grinding wheel at favourable conditions; it will allow you to grind down fast at low rotary speed, with hardly any of the feared heat development in the tooth.

Warning: BAROFLOAT is a high efficiency design for professionals exclusively, and only suitable to be used by the trained expert. We recommend our high power wheel to be used strictly with sedation, mouth gate and guiding hand.

You will be surprised by the abrasive power, especially when working selectively on long hooks! The subsequent general rounding off with the manual float will be a walk in the park (less heat generation in the surgeon!).

Instructions for the use of BAROFLOAT:

1.0 Remove your old grinding wheel.

2.0 Thoroughly clean the reception at the driving end and apply a common anticorrosive spray (multi-purpose lubricant).

3.0 Place BAROFLOAT onto the reception and fasten with a new or undamaged countersunk head screw.

4.0 Clean the working surface of BAROFLOAT between work processes, using brush and warm water.

5.0 Dismantle BAROFLOAT at the end of each working day, clean, and apply anticorrosive.

Special models:

We will be pleased to accommodate your individual wishes and offer you different grains and densities, or suitable receptors for other electric floats!

In addition, we gladly provide you with your individual manual carbide float, custom-made to your desired length, curvature, crimp, angle, shape of handle, and can produce your float as a sole original, or in small-lot production.
